    1. Agreement to Terms

    By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

    2. Services

    G6 Elite Cleaning provides commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to office cleaning, warehouse cleaning, janitorial services, and deep cleaning. All services are subject to availability and specific agreements outlined in individualized service contracts or quotes.

    3. Communications and SMS/Text Messaging

    By providing your phone number and opting in through our website forms, you consent to receive communications from us, including phone calls and SMS/text messages regarding your service requests, quotes, and account updates.

    SMS Terms & Conditions:

    • Opt-In: By submitting your phone number, you authorize G6 Elite Cleaning to send you text messages and notifications.
    • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the shortcode or number sending the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.
    • Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at g6elitecleaning@gmail.com or 801-834-8329.
    • Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
    • Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
    • Privacy: Please read our Privacy Policy to learn more about how we handle your data. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

    4. Disclaimer

    The materials on G6 Elite Cleaning's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. G6 Elite Cleaning makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
